How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free of charge to Switzerland, Germany, or Austria, as well as to the rest of the world – a total of over 200 countries around the world.

Will I be charged additional customs costs, taxes, or other receiving fees?

No, the price you see is what you pay. However, the country-specific import limits for duty-free freight transport must be observed. For example, in Switzerland these are CHF 70.–, in Germany EUR 45.– and in Austria. This can then mean that only one of the higher quality chargers should be purchased per order. So that this import customs clearance does not occur

When will my order be processed?

Since these are exclusively stock parts, we can assume that your order will be received immediately. Your order should be shipped within 3 working days.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped with EMS or UPS. Normally it takes 5 to 10 working days from the time of dispatch until the order arrives. But this can sometimes take a little longer, but this is beyond our competence and we cannot influence it.

Is tracking information also available for the shipments?

You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 working days after receiving your order. But sometimes tracking might not available if free shipping applies. In this case, please contact us at support@voltme.ch
